A community owned traditional village pub in the heart of the Somerset Levels.

OUR GARDEN
Our garden, lovingly tended by volunteers, offers the chance to enjoy a drink or meal outside. we offer ample seating with shade or sun whichever you prefer
A COSY FIRE (OR TWO)
For those chilly autumn and winter evenings we have two wood burners, one on each level of the interior so you can enjoy a glass of wine or a beer and maybe treat yourself to supper in a warm cosy atmosphere.
SKITTLES
Traditional pub skittles is alive and well in Somerset, The Royal Oak currently has three home teams. Our skittle alley is available to all except when there is a match on, so if you haven't tried skittles then why not give it a try or book a skittles night for friends and family.
MUSIC, QUIZZES, EVENTS
We currently organise various events, such as open mic nights and quiz nights.

We offer a range of mainly local beers, lagers and ciders all well cared for by our bar team, alongside a wide range of wines, spirits and soft drinks.

CLASSIC PUB MEALS
Our shop manager Jo does a very royal serving of mouthwatering food. We are known for her Royal Jo Roasts on Sundays.
Fridays are very popular for the fairly priced, generously portioned, pub menu.
And we shouldn't really have to tell you, but the bi-weekly Wednesday community lunches are the talk of the Levels. Amazing value meals.
